1. CANCELLATIONS BY GUESTS
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
In this case, any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
2. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. NO-SHOWS
Guests who do not attend the experience without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit paid.
4. MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
The experience requires a minimum of four participants.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Farm Las Marías may:
• Offer an alternative date
or
• Provide a full refund of any amount already paid
5. CANCELLATIONS BY FARM LAS MARÍAS
In the unlikely event that Farm Las Marías needs to cancel an experience due to exceptional circumstances, guests will be offered:
• An alternative date
or
• A full refund of all amounts paid
6. WEATHER CONDITIONS
The experience normally takes place outdoors.
If weather conditions make this impractical, the experience may be moved to a covered indoor area within the property, subject to capacity limitations.
A change of location within the farm due to weather conditions does not constitute a cancellation.
7. PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS
Private group reservations may be subject to specific cancellation conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
Where no specific conditions have been agreed, this Cancellation Policy applies.
8. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original reservation whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
