1. ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Farm Las Marías offers a hosted gastronomic experience called: Paella de la Abuela Andaluza – Farm Las Marías.The experience takes place at a private family farm near Estepona, Málaga, Spain.By making a reservation, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through the Farm Las Marías website and authorized booking platforms.A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully processed.Guests will receive confirmation details after booking.
3. PAYMENT
A 30% deposit is required to secure a reservation.The remaining balance is paid on the day of the experience.Payment may be made by:• Credit or debit card.• Cash.Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.Farm Las Marías never stores or has access to credit card details.
4. MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
The experience requires a minimum of four participants.If the minimum number of participants is not reached, guests will be offered:• An alternative date.or• A full refund of any amount already paid.
5. GROUP SIZE
The regular experience is shared with other guests.Maximum group size: 10 guests.Private experiences may be available upon request.
6. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Guests should inform Farm Las Marías of any allergies, dietary restrictions or special requirements before the experience.We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
7. CHILDREN
Children are welcome.Children under 3 years old attend free of charge.Children between 3 and 14 years old receive the applicable child rate.Parents remain responsible for supervising children throughout the experience.
8. WEATHER
The experience normally takes place outdoors.In case of adverse weather conditions, the experience may be moved indoors, subject to capacity limitations.Farm Las Marías reserves the right to modify the location within the property when necessary for safety and comfort.
9. ANIMALS
Roque and Mulata, the farm dogs, live on the property and may be present during the experience.Guests who are uncomfortable around dogs should contact us before booking.
10. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards:• Other guests.• Hosts.• Property.• Animals.Farm Las Marías reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behavior may affect the safety or enjoyment of others.
11. LIABILITY
Guests participate at their own risk.Farm Las Marías shall not be liable for personal belongings lost, damaged or stolen during the experience.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights granted by applicable law.
